Then, in 2021, she earned her Real Estate Broker License in Las Vegas and went on to found A-List Vacation Homes, focusing on both property sales and rental management. After moving to Las Vegas, Maritza was able to explore new opportunities in a thriving market. Today, She is dedicated to helping clients maximize their investments while also providing top-tier service and market insights.
